Program Iltizam Usaha Insan is a fully funded training initiative under NAICO Malaysia’s MyAERO Centre of Excellence, aimed at reskilling, upskilling, and developing Malaysia’s aerospace workforce. The program offers training in Aircraft Maintenance Licensing (AML), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Digital Engineering (Dassault Systèmes), and On-Job-Training (OJT) placements.
Eligibility varies by program:
Reskilling Tenaga Kerja Semasa: Open to current aerospace workforce (engineers, technicians) for Dassault Systèmes-certified training.
Aerospace Bridging & Upskilling Program: Open to technicians, engineers, and military retirees pursuing CAAM Part-66 AML or NDT certifications.
Inisiatif TVET & STEM: Open to final-year students, fresh graduates, and apprentices for OJT placements in aerospace companies.
All applications must be submitted through your employer’s HR or Training Department. If you are a fresh graduate applying for OJT, your host company’s HR must submit your application.

No. All applications must go through an employer. This is to ensure coordination with the training provider and compliance with program requirements. If you are not currently employed in the aerospace industry, we recommend securing a position with a CAAM Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) before applying.
The program offers both full-time and part-time options, depending on your availability and your employer’s approval.

Once confirmed, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance to begin training at CTRM Testing Lab.

No. The program is fully funded, and employers do not need to make upfront payments for training.
For OJT Tools/Hardware/Equipment/Software Funding:
Companies must submit a list of required tools/equipment/software/hardware before the OJT begins.
Once approved, disbursement will be made.
Companies must submit all payment documentation before the end of OJT.
Salary arrangements depend on your employer’s internal policy. The program only provides an allowance for OJT participants (RM700/month) and does not cover existing employee salaries.
If a participant withdraws before completing the program:
They must repay the total allowance received from their employer.
The employer has the right to replace the participant to continue the OJT duration.
Any funds allocated for equipment/software must be justified based on the participant’s time in the program.
Yes, employers can replace an OJT participant if a withdrawal occurs, subject to NAICO Malaysia’s approval.
